We currently ship the United States & Uk only.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.


Delays & Issues

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages
  • Additional fees may apply for reshipping

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within a short time after being placed. Once the order is processed or shipped, changes are not possible.
