Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof

Refunds

Once your request is approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full or partial refund (depending on the situation)

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Minor variations in color or design due to screen differences

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within a few hours of placing them. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed beyond our estimated delivery time (6–10 business days), please contact us. We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
